None Cherry’s classic »Raw Like Sushi« album was recently released as a so-called Deluxe Edition, with nearly 20 mixes added. Of course fans quickly complained about the selection.
And they had a point. As the CD edition had 3 discs with a playing time of not even 60 minutes each (with one track stupidly appearing twice!) it begs the question, who did this? And what was he thinking! To clear up the mess we put on our service maid outfits and compiled the following discography of the singles that were taken from the album.

There are also the 7″ singles and cassette singles, but these mainly had the album versions and/or abbreviated mixes from the 12″ singles. (There might also be the odd white-label promo discs with even more mix variations, but we’ll stop here.)
Anyway, if you compare the above list with the Deluxe Edition you’ll notice that the missing (or forgotten) mixes could easily form yet another CD (the track »Buffalo Blues« annoyingly is indeed present and correct in the vinyl edition…) – and here it is:
